De goederen zijn ongemeen, zijn aandeel bestaat uit 250 gld. aangeërfde goederen en 500 gld. aan aangewonnen goederen. Winst en verlies half om half en de kinderen zijn gelijk. Het recht van representatie wordt gegeven aan de kinderen van Derk Geerts en Hilke Hanssen (ehel.) en aan Fokjen Hanssen. Indien hij eerder overlijdt dan zij, krijgt zij alle aangebrachte goederen. Omgekeerd krijgt hij 300 gld. Welke goederen desnoods verteerd mogen worden. Indien er geen kinderen zijn. Zijn er kinderen dan kunnen die hun erfdeel pas opeisen als de achterblijvende partner hertrouwt en indien beide zijn overleden en er geen kinderen zijn die jonger zijn dan 18 jaren. Voor zijn kant: Derk Geerts en Hilke Hanssen (ehel.) en Fokjen Hanssen, zusters. Voor haar kant: Obbe Eilts en Geuchien Eilts Geuchjen Eilts, broers. Harm Berents en Pieter Derks, zwagers.
