      Dat er vier kinderen moeten zijn geweest blijkt uit het diaconieboek van Onstwedde, waar op 27 mei 1743 (3 jaar na het overlijden van Luite)staat dat "An Olders Hensems uitgelangt voor zin zuster Wupke die huire van die kaemer 8 gulden" en op dezelfde datum "Van een vrou van Wesfalen 12 elle linnen gekoft, die elle 5 str. Is te saam 3 gulden voor Olders Wupke haer vier kinder toe hemde".
